Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) (also known as Diabond) is a multi-layered material consisting of two sheets of aluminum bonded to a PVC core through a process of intense heat and pressure. It is lightweight yet durable, ACP is widely used for interior and exterior applications, offering excellent weather resistance. The material is ideal for marquee, post and panel, parking, real estate and building mounted signs.
Hedgehog Signs prints directly to ACP signs with long-lasting UV ink.
ACP signs are available in 3mm and 6mm thickness and up to 48" x 96" in size. Custom cut shapes are available and can be custom quoted. Common sign sizes and prices are listed below, other sizes are available and can be quoted.
